Bio:

As a native to a small town in upstate New York, I longed for a living of bigger and better things, or more to the point, a city. So naturally when it came time to decide what it was I wanted to do for “higher learning”, I traveled across country to attend school with hopes of learning the arts of game development. Tempe, Arizona, and more importantly, The University of Advancing Technology became my home for the next 4 years.

While attending school, I had the privilege to meet some very talented teachers and peers. Through them I discovered some valuable lessons about the world of art. First; Art cannot be taught and can only be learned through experience, and second; the computer is merely another paintbrush, it can only produce art when in the hands of an artist. I saw to many kids drop out because they were expecting to be shown how to be an artist rather than practicing to become one.

And so it is with these two kernels of knowledge that I set goals and challenge myself, hoping that one day I will gain enough experience to produce some art that I am truly proud of and maybe even inspire others to learn.
